Divine WMF Art Nouveau Glass Young Maidens & Blossoms Pair of Vases. This divine pair of vases was designed in Germany circa 1900 by WMF. They are decorated with young maiden with long billowing hair surrounded by flowers and foliage in purest Art Nouveau style.

The attractive pierced metalwork is in very good antique condition with its original plating with losses and rubbings here and there as pictured. Please check pictures to appreciate the mentioned details and signs of time. The cut glass linings are in excellent condition.

They are fully hallmarked to the base with first impressed mark Ostrich WMF G, I/O and B (Britannia metal). They measure 16 ¾ in height, about 4 ½ wide by 3 3/8 thick and 5 by 4 5/8 to the base, total weight of the pair 146.9 oz or 4,168 grams. The item is exactly as pictured, so please take your time to supersize them and check every detail.
