Harrach Antique Bohemian Nouveau Rubina Opalescent Art Glass LARGE 17+ Vase. The vase is characteristic of the designs produced by the Harrach glassworks in Harrachov (Northern Bohemia) during the 1880's / 1890's.

The trumpet form is well executed with conical body flaring at the mouth to a tooled floriform / petal rim. The piece shows lovely rubina coloration with pale opalescent body shading to cranberry / ruby at the rim. The face features a hand painted floral spray in pastel enamels with slip highlights and gold tracings. The piece has a striking presence measuring 17 ¾" high and 7 ½" wide at the top rim. The base has a circular polished pontil mark. The vase is in very good condition with no damage. Most of the gold remains with the exception of the thin rings on the foot.
