A Unique Hand Made Art Glass Vase With An Unusual Mottled Surface 22cmts H (C6)

I can offer no information on this piece of art glass other than to say I have asked experts in the field of glass and they haven't seen another example. It's rough texture and finish is well planned and very appealing but it's at its best when back-lit. 22cmts tall x 10cmts wide at the base which is polished.
