This cameo glass vase stands approximately 5 15/16 inches tall. It has a maximum width of about 2 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 5.8 ounces.

This piece has a floral pattern, with nice detailing. The flowers are purple, with a contrasting pale background. This vase would be a beautiful addition to a collection of European art nouveau glass. Identification This Galle piece is authentic antique French art glass. Condition This vase has light wear, and a few fine, metallic marks.

To the outer foot, there are a few very tiny pinprick pits. There are no cracks or chips.

As made, there are some areas where the outer purple glass layer was etched or ground more deeply than in other areas; this produced a lighter hue (examples visible in photos). To the interior, there are some drips/stains that are the result of the acid etching process (see Photo 8).
