I believe this piece to be from the 1970's. Sluczan-Orkusz won multiple awards for his glass design and composition. This vase is not signed, but this style of vase and Rigaree work is shown to be the work of the Polish artist, Jerzy Stuczan-Orkusz. You can visit his website and see this vase exhibited as part of his works. This red art glass ombre piece is a medium height vase of 7 1/2 inches with ruby red glass ombre shading. The clear glass ribbon/ rigaree overlaying the vase towards the bottom half of the base and a clear rim on the base.
I see only 2 small bubbles, which are normal for handcrafted glass. One of the bubbles is near the middle of the vase and one is on the vase base.
The rigaree clear glass swirl decor pieces are 3 1/2 inches tall and appear in the middle part of this vase. CONDTION: This vase is not new and has been displayed. It is in excellent overall condition.
