All orders are delivered FREE of charge, however, there are a few things to note. All deliveries take place from Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 8pm. All we ask is that the mirror hasn't been hung, is not damaged in any way and is the original packaging. Please take images to show this before repacking your mirror for return.

Small items, under 1 metre in length. Medium items, between 1 - 2 metres in length.

Large items, over 2 metres in length. Whilst all our mirrors pass strict quality standards, on rare occasions you may find an item arrives damaged. It is vitally important that you open and inspect your products as soon as you receive them and report any damage to us no later than 7 days of receipt. Mirrors that have been hung will not be accepted as damaged items.

For the damaged mirror, we'll either arrange collection, or ask for you to dispose of your goods (never dispose of goods without our notification). Just a few things to note. Your statutory rights are not affected.
