Large Art Glass Open Vase c2000

  

Probably Teign Valley glass, Devon. Rectangular in profile, oval in section with a wide open mouth. Turquoise, white and yellow trailing over clear grounds with violet; creates an almost feather-like appearance in places.

24.6 cm tall - 11.4 cm diameter. Minor wear to base, otherwise excellent. I have been involved in the antiques business since 1971. My career took a leap forward when I joined Bonhams in 1976. Some five years later I became head of the Decorative Arts department.
