Probably best described as bud vase as it has small mouth opening at top. Mostly blue then clear at bottom. Etched on bottom: "Kosta 41926 V Lindestrand" Note that the "4" is unusual and could maybe be a "#" sign or something else. Heavy, weighs 2 lb 5-1/2 ounces.

About 6-1/2 inches high and almost 3 inches at widest.
