Model G111 Vase Simon Gate, 1918 Orrefors - Sandvik, Sweden. A fairly scarce art nouveau rausch-topaz glass vase with vertical optic ribbing, applied rigaree and whiplash handles, designed by Simon gate in 1918 for Orrefors-Sandvik, Sweden. One of Gate's earlier designs for the factory, very few seem to have survived due to the fragile nature of the decoration. Material: Glass Height: 130mm / 5.1" Width or Diameter: 230mm / 9.1" Country of Origin: Sweden Period of Manufacture: 1910s-1920s Vintage Condition: Excellent for age.
