Polish 1970's Art Glass Vase

  

I believe that this vase is from Poland made during the 1970's. It is an uncommon piece, currently listed on a prominent antique auctioneer website as being circa 1900 which I consider a misattribution. The style of glassmaking and shape point to the 1970's.

I think the decor is possibly silver chloride or similar and it changes under different lights, like the stannous salts used elsewhere is the glass world. A very retro looking thing, it makes a very bold design statement, in the vein of German Fat Lava styling.
