For sale is a rare exceptionally beautiful ball vase in form of a TV tower (therefore so named, because it reminds on the Berlin TV tower ALEX). It is designed in the typical delicated style of the 70s by Marita Voigt for VEB Harzkristall Derenburg. The heavy crystal glass (clear with purple overlay) is handcut, with a lot of circles. You will get a really excellent Space Age piece, which is a must have for collectors of outstanding objects! MEASUREMENTS height: 8,85" (22,5 cm); diameter on top: 2,55" (6,5 cm); diameter on bottom 3,14" (8 cm); diameter of the ball: about 4,92" (12,5 cm); weight: 30,40 oz (862 Gramm).
