This eye-catching Czech art glass vase was designed by Josef Hospodka for Chribska Glassworks around the 1970s. Featuring a dynamic twisted form and vibrant ruby/cranberry pink color, it's a classic example of mid-century Czech design.

Beautiful clear and ruby-pink swirl base. A few tiny air bubbles in the glass from the original blowing process. Some fine hairline scratches inside the base, visible under light. Chribska, founded in the 15th century, became renowned in the 20th century for its bold, hand-blown art glass. Josef Hospodka, one of its leading designers, brought movement and expression to his work, and this vase is a great example of that style.

In very good vintage condition and ready to display. A perfect addition to a mid-century collection or a statement piece for any modern interior.
