This cased "powders" glass vase was blown into an iron wire cage or framework. It stands approximately 7 1/4 inches tall, and it has a maximum width of about 5 1/8 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 1 pound 11.8 ounces. It has a flat, polished rim. This vase would be a fine addition to a collection of vintage Czechoslovakian art glass. Identification This vase was made by Kralik.
The technique is known as "caged" and the color pattern is known as powders. " It has an acid-etched "CZECHOSLOVAKIA mark beneath.
Condition The vase looks great overall, with no chips or cracks. The iron framework has minor oxidation.
