Wild Czech art glass vase 1960's cut and cased sommerso

  
This vase is a complicated production, being a light blue blank purposely partly coloured pink at the base, then flashed/cased in purple, then cut with fans and geometric patterns, including a star cut base. It is reminiscent of some Karel Wunsch dual pieces from Novy Bor and I do suspect it came from there.

The colours and cuts are dazzling and it is a great piece of postwar art glass. It is 26cm tall and 9cm wide at the scalloped mouth. These items are all vintage and therefore can have traces of marks on the base where the item has been moved around over decades and also where mentioned specifically, there may be light scratches.
